Animal Movement has been used for thousands of years to improve health and vitality. Mike Fitch from global bodyweight training introduced his interpretation of the ancient practice.
The animal flow method is compiled of elements from multiple bodyweight training disciplines. Similar to yoga, pilates and even breakdancing, this form of training will help increase mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular development.
