 It’s time to wake up your glutes! This heated 90 minute workout blends dance, barre, pilates, and yoga-inspired moves with a great playlist for a fun, fast-paced experience. It is a full body workout that targets the arms, thighs, core and ESPECIALLY the GLUTES. This workshop will also help you understand the movement associated with a Barre workout. Open to all levels.
